We Decided to Go With The Real Deal

I decided to begin was tired of being overweight. I had tried every other thing on the market. I finally decided to go with the real deal – which is nutrition. My friend from work recommended Nuviva After seeing her results I knew it was for me.

The program is very easy to go through and maintain. I finally learned how to eat correctly without the fear of being on a diet. I live my life the way I’m supposed to live it.

An added benefit for Mark and me was that we did the program together. We could lean on each other, rely on each other, and watch each other. For us, I know we also got more out of it as a couple than if we were to have been doing it on our own.

We definitely have more energy and are more active than ever before. I feel more alive and am comfortable in my own skin finally. It’s been a long time since I could say that.

Now that we are no longer in the program, our journey still continues. Our nutrition coach, Amy, was able to show us how to be healthy and how to carry that on for the rest of our lives. I think that was the most valuable experience of the whole program.

Life has been very manageable after we graduated the program. We’ve been able to succeed, maintain our weight loss and live our lives. It’s truly been great.
