A size 10 or 12……..Gheeze………….Only in my dreams. Only “Barbie Dolls” wear that size! I was born a size 16 and went up from there. Now I went from “Fatty Patty” to Oh-La-La Patty!

For the first time in my life, I feel hot and make heads turn.

Following the Nuviva program was like a walk in the park. Phase 1-Cleanse, phase 2-Reduce, Phase 3-Reshape, Phase 4-Live. I knew I would be successful on this program from the get go. The plans are clean, simple and easy to follow. If you follow this program faithfully, the pounds and inches just fall off.

I have never been anything but “Thunder Thighs” in my entire life. Now I have a set of legs that can walk in corduroy pants and not swish. The Reshape phase of the program is absolutely incredible… Every week there was a new me in the mirror. Never in my life did I think I could lose a total of 101 pounds and 60 inches from my bulging body. With guidance and support from the extraordinary Staff (thanks Mike and Olga) I made it to Goal! So many of my friends couldn’t believe their eyes. The double take glances are truly reinforcing. At the end of the program I received all the information needed to LIVE. Metabolic testing, Maintaining my weight loss, Meal planning and Nutritional information. Plus, I know if I run into a difficult patch I will be welcomed back for a tune up with welcome arms. The phenomenal tips and printed literature are making my new life livable……………Thanks, Nuviva!

PS My medical physicians are ecstatic…………………we have eliminated many medication for example those for: High blood pressure, asthma, and high cholesterol. All this was attributed to the weight loss. Keep a positive attitude and enjoy the outcomes you see in the mirror!
