I wanted to change my life
I was so tired of being tired. For more years than I can count, I had tried different diets and workout programs before and had some success. But I quickly gained the weight back and sometimes more than I had lost. I was desperate and wanted to change my life and change myself.
I am so happy a friend referred me to Nuviva. The Lake Mary team was awesome. They were all so very kind and supportive. I feel like a new person. Not only did I lose over 40 pounds and 38 inches but I also gained my health back. I started to feel better and better every day. I got off some of my medications and am so excited for this next phase of life.
